Instead of having a closed, patented and locked in system that requires a whole house rewiring and redesign, not to mention expensive servicing and upgrades, our services and products are designed to be seamlessly integrated into your home with minimal changes while giving you the freedom to add new products or upgrade with ease, with or without us any time in the future. They're also backed by the continuous innovation and updates from companies that have more resources and understanding than other expensive and exclusive smart home companies. 

What is included when I use smart home brisbane?

Smart Home Brisbane helps you with your smart home every step of the way. We will start by finding compatible products based off of your needs and design a plan for your home. In certain cases a visit may be required to see if certain products are available. This may include smart locks, cameras or outdoor lighting. After the products have been finalised and payment has been made we will deliver your smart home devices to you, install them and educate you on the features of your new smart home. We can also program and design your smart home for your personal needs. This may include setting programs for lights, setting smart home geofences and more.

Will you be able to install everything for me?

Smart Home Brisbane will be able to install all smart devices that do not require an electrician or any other professional tradesmen jobs. Certain large appliances may need to be delivered and installed by registered workers as well. Once these products are installed we will continue to set up your smart home.

What if something goes wrong with my devices?

At Smart Home Brisbane, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a 7-day change of mind period from the invoice date. If you decide to return your product within this period, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a manufacturer’s discretion, typically related to defects or issues with the product. Please contact our support team for assistance if needed. 

What is the pricing for your services

Our services (Consultation to Installation) vary between jobs. For whole home automation it depends on what devices and services need to be installed. None of this pricing is inclusive of individual product pricing.

​Do you offer extra services that may help with my smart home?

If your internet is too slow for a smart home (10 Mbps or less for smart lights and low bandwidth devices and 30 Mbps for high bandwidth devices with smart cameras) we can help you to increase your internet speeds and declutter your network.

WILL MY HOME BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

The answer to this will vary between houses but the majority of items that we use will. These include lights, cameras (depending on power availability), doorbell, sockets, smoke alarms and appliances.

To keep things simple we only offer bank transfers or PayID for orders. All orders are processed once full payment is received. Prices are subject to change at any time, and any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added to your total during checkout.

Our products may come with manufacturer warranties, depending on the item. For specific warranty details, refer to the product information or contact us directly. Please note that Smart Home Brisbane does not provide additional warranties beyond those from the manufacturer.
